RE/MAX walks away with top international honours.

Neville and Cindy Brits, Broker/Owners of RE/MAX Dazzle in Kempton Park, recently attended the RE/MAX R4 Convention held in Las Vegas at the end of February, where their office walked away with top international honours being awarded as the Largest Single Office Global 2015 and the Top Office in number of Closed Transactions in the Metro Global Market for 2015. Essentially what this means is that no other office within the RE/MAX brand outside of North America sold more properties last year than RE/MAX Dazzle.

“Considering the fact that RE/MAX is now represented in nearly 100 countries with more than 6 500 offices and a worldwide referral network of over 100 000 agents across the globe, clinching this award is truly a remarkable achievement for the South African brokerage,” says Adrian Goslett, Regional Director and CEO of RE/MAX of Southern Africa.

He adds that while many within the real estate industry were talking about the property market slowing down, RE/MAX Dazzle achieved outstanding results in 2015. At the RE/MAX of Southern Africa awards breakfasts held in February this year, Neville and Cindy were awarded as Broker/Owners of the Year for 2015 for a single office in a Metro area, while their office was awarded as the single office with the highest sales volume by registered commission in a Metro area. RE/MAX Dazzle was also recognised as the Top Recruiter of the Year, with a net growth of 50 agents.

Over the last four years, RE/MAX Dazzle has consistently been ranked as the top single office in Southern Africa, winning the award as the highest ranking office by Sales Volumes by Registered Commission in 2012, 2013 and 2014.

“Neville and Cindy’s passion and commitment to the RE/MAX brand is always evident. They are constantly striving to achieve excellent results and build their market share within the Kempton Park area. They have recruited, trained and mentored many agents who work within their brokerage to become successful real estate professionals at the top of their game. It is due the calibre of business owners such as Neville and Cindy and others within the RE/MAX family, that have continued expand the brand’s reach and keep RE/MAX at the top,” says Goslett.

Talking about their success, Neville says: “While market conditions have not always been in our favour, the agents and staff at RE/MAX Dazzle continue to step up to the challenge and achieve results far above the industry norm. Our success as business owners can largely be attributed to the hard work, dedication and determination of those who work at RE/MAX Dazzle and the RE/MAX brand as a whole. Their ongoing effort to perform at an optimum level at all times has meant that we have been able to succeed where many others with the real estate industry have not.”

“It is great for South African consumers to know that they are dealing with some of the best real estate professionals in the world, especially considering that we assist them with what could possibly be their biggest financial investment.” Goslett concludes.
