Aida Midrand has been trading since 2000, and the offices are run and operated by Julie Davison-White "Principal" and Dooley Vajeth "Sales Manager".
Our property expo centre is run from - Midway Mews Shopping Centre, Halfway Gardens, Midrand (next to Pick 'n Pay) - we are fortunate to have extremely good exposure from our offices in Midrand - enabling our sales team to successfully conclude a number of property sales, within the shortest possible time, and with the best possible service to all our clients.
Our offices are open from Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 7.00pm / Saturdays 9.00am to 5.00pm / Sundays 9.00am to 2.00pm.
Aida Midrand is proud to be one of the few companies that have been chosen to assist with the distressed sales, for the banking institutions - in this way we have played a major part in assisting our clients either down scale, or simply sell and rent. Due to the banks assistance to their clients, the property prices are very competitive in the market place - assisting with first time buyers to get into the market, or enabling investors to purchase and rent out to the ever growing "rental market". Aida Midrand has 2 full time and experienced rental agents assisting our clients.
We have a sales force of 14 agents, and an administrative support team of 2 ladies. We are proud to be a fully BEE compliant company within a franchise group of over 100 branches nationwide.
