1. Alpine Heath Resort comprises:

• The resort is presently administered by The Three Cities Hotel Group on behalf of the Business Section and the Chalet Owners.
2. The Chalet for sale comprises:
• A floor area of 88 sq.metres
• An undivided share in the common property.
• Three double bedrooms
• Master bedroom is upstairs with en-suite bathroom
• Two bedrooms downstairs sharing the second bathroom.
• Telephone, cellular reception, and DSTV
• Open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen with fireplace.
• Kitchen is fully equipped with built-in oven, fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery for six persons.
• Linen and towels are supplied by the Body Corporate as and when occupied
• In fact one only needs to bring your own food and drinks, everything else is available in the chalet.
• The chalet is serviced daily by the resort staff.
3. The nine photographs provide one with a very good idea of what the resort and the inside area of the chalet looks like.
4. The owner will be required to sign a Rental Pool Agreement with Alpine Heath
Supervision.
They own the business section of the resort. This is a requirement of the sale as they need to utilise the accommodation of the chalets for the various conferences run by them.
5. The Rental Pool Agreement incorporates the following:
• The owner shall be entitled to use and occupy the chalet for 120 nights in each calendar year, either personally or through any invitee.
• The owner will be entitled to a 100th share of the total rental income derived from all the chalets (excluding those periods when he occupied his chalet) whether his chalet was rented out or not.
• The nett Income received by each owner is after the deduction of all expenses which comprise:
