Private Property wants you to join our team! In our quest to stay the busiest and best property website in South Africa, we are creating a truly digital property marketplace. We need a strong administrator with high organizational and interpersonal skills.
Job Spec for Administrator Co-ordinator:
- Planning and information administration
- Reporting
- Scheduling appointments with Clients and Listing Consultants
- Maintain updated online diary and Spreadsheets
- Quality Control on service delivery and information quality
- Procure, Manage and Distribute Stock required for service delivery
- Team participation in delivering excellent service
- Creation of basic Listings
- Ensure that listings are completed and uploaded within targeted timeframes
Experience requirements:
- 2 years in advanced Spreadsheet manipulation (shared sheets and formula manipulation)
- 2 years in telesales or tele-bookings environment
- A goal driven and results oriented attitude
