Private Property is looking for six self-motivated and vibrant managers with heaps of sales experience in Gauteng, KZN & Cape Town areas. We need individuals that can quickly understand our core business and translate that into managing and growing our client database. The primary focus of this sales expert is to work within the sales team to acquire clients (Conveyancers). If you possess the required skills and feel challenged then apply now!

Job Requirements & Core Competencies

Sales & Management experience – 3 to 5 years
Candidate must have their own vehicle or transport (which meets our criteria)
Computer literate
Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
Ability to persuade and influence others
At least a Grade 12 Certificate
Diploma or degree would be a benefit
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime and overnight travel
A basic knowledge of conveyancing or the property transactional process would be advantageous
