The ERA Steer Blaauwberg office is a family owned business and the Principal Helene Visser has been with the group since the end of 1994 and her son, Chris Visser, joined the office in 2003. Both are very involved in the day to day operation of the business and are thus able to assist the agents, their buyers & sellers in every respect.
Our small successful office has a strong sales and rental team that work very closely with each other.
All but 2 new agents completed their NQF 4 & 5 qualification.
Over the years several agents as well as the office received many awards and during 2004, one of the agents won the coveted Agent of the Year Award and Helène was awarded the Broker of the Year Award for South Africa and she received her Award at the International Convention in the USA.
