Our Chairman, Bill Rawson, entered the property industry in 1971 at the age of 21. After three years he became a partner in the business that employed him. In 1978, at the age of 29, he established his own agency and four years later he began to challenge other players in the marketplace, operating from a modest 40m2 office in Claremont, Cape Town.

The Family

The Rawson Property Group, affectionately known as ‘The Rawson Family’, was founded in 1982 by William ‘Bill’ Rawson.
