Rawson Property Group, Rawson Welgemoed

Earlier this year we celebrated the 30th Anniversary of the Rawson Property Group. The company was founded in 1982 by its Chairman Bill Rawson, who was also elected for many years to serve on the board of The Institute Of Estated Agents as Chairman.

Since its inception the company has expanded rapidly and now has over 200 Franchises coutry-wide.

The Welgemoed Franchise came into existence 10 years ago and is jointly owned by Ronell Melonas Young and Paul Abbott.

This branch has enjoyed great success year after year and prides itself on integrity, friendliness, and efficiency and is recognised as such within the Community.

Our Welgemoed Franchise operates in Bellville, from above the N1, Loevenstein and stretches all the way up Jip de Jager, through Welgemoed and up the winding van Riebeeckshof Road to the Gentlemans Estate known as Kanonberg.

We have a lovely shopping centre on the finge of the beautiful Bellville Golf Course and our offices can be found at the Welgemoed Plaza behind Pick ‘n Pay and close to the Post Office.
