Established in 1985, we are one of the oldest estate Agencies in Empangeni. The Maxprop Franchise, which also has a respected and long established trading name was taken on in 1993. A Satellite branch was opened in Richards Bay in 2000. All aspects of property are covered, namely; sales, rentals, administration for residential and commercial properties, Body Corporate management, developments and syndications. Thus the slogan “The only complete property group.”

All our agents are qualified, hold valid fidelity fund certificates and have completed the latest RPL courses now required by legislation. The Franchise is owned by Principal Lundie Down, who has been involved in the industry since 1989.
