Each co-owner holds a minimum of 10% share in one of the houses which gives you occupation rights of a minimum of 5 weeks. Or you can form a consortium of 3-5 investors sharing the 5-6 weeks occupancy – this way you also share the cost of the monthly levy.

Owners also swap unused weeks at no additional cost

Your investment must not be confused with time-sharing. You can choose new weeks every year and you and your co-owners are in control – how you want to furnish and do things to your house, always only at a 10th of the cost of running your own holiday home

The annual levies are also a fraction of time share, which is normally for just for 1 week a year
