4. The Rental Pool Agreement incorporates the following:

• The owner will have the use of the chalet for 120 days of each year, either personally or through any invitee,

• The remaining 245 days will be available to Alpine Heath Supervision to let out for conferences and to private individuals.

• The owner will be entitled to a share of the total rental income derived from all the chalets (excluding those periods when he occupied his chalet)
