This apartment block, is situated next to Diaz beach front and it is visible from Main Road. The closest mall is the Langeberg Mall and also 5 minutes drive to Marsh Street with many shops and restaurants as in the main street.
There are well known schools in the vicinity of a 2 km radius as well as many health practitioners, especially in Bay View Private hospital. There are a variety of shops in and around Mossel Bay to satisfy ones needs.
This apartment situated in a modern block and in a very popular area and in a prime spot too. There are two swimming pools, one for small children, and other for adults.
There is 24/7 security guards. Each two bedroom unit got one shaded parking bay and ample visitors parking.
Making your way up to the apartment block you walk past a well maintained garden to a glass door, enter the modern entrance with pot plants next to stairs and lifts, which also the ideal part for the disabled person in a wheelchair, therefore they too can stay in a high rising flat and not have to worry about the stairs to get there.
Now you arrive at your destination, now its time to enter a whole new world of possibilities, open the door and the pathway is tiled from the front door all the way to the back sliding door with light sand colour tiles, giving the reflection of a soft tender texture to the apartment.
When you enter , first you find on your right is the kitchen, just as tiled as the rest of the apartment, fitted with a double wash basin, plenty cupboards and space for two machines-dishwasher and washing machine, with window for some sunshine and air for the heat to escape.
Moving on down a short passage, you enter this great open plan kitchen, looking over the living area and onto the balcony and into the sky. This kitchen is big enough but small enough too, to reach around to get things quickly, with a built-in stove and plenty cupboards and built in a horse shoe shape therefore the kitchen surrounds you, but it has a breakfast nook looking towards the living room. Any person would love to spend hours on end in this kitchen as its easy to clean with its marble top counter, and if your child messes, its definitely no sweat to just wipe it clean. Cook lovely delicious meals for your family any time as you would love to so with pleasure.
Directly opposite the kitchen from the passage on your right, you will enter the 1st bedroom, with carpeted floors, so you can kick off your shoes and not worry about them getting cold, but as you enter you sense the peacefulness, as you know that this is the place to turn out every night and rest after a long hard day of work. This room is spacious and easily fits a double bed or 2 single beds, with cupboards and a window looking out the back of the apartment. Ideal for the children to share if you have two or three as you can fit a bunker bed in it too.
So you were in the room, now put those shoes back on as you are back onto tiled floors, make your way into the living room, with such a spacious area you have lots of room to play with to swop and change the way your settings could be, but enough room to move about freely and not feel crammed in, and with large sliding doors as a window, open the curtains each morning and be greeted with a warm kiss from sun as the sun rises. Step out onto the balcony from the living room that is shared with the master room, and admire the beauty of nature as it has been created. From the balcony you see the mountains, the sea, Santos beach and part of the harbour, every day for as long as you live here, and best part of it, is that it is undisturbed. The sun rises from this side so you get to watch the sun come up every morning, and admire the wonders of it. Place a table outside to sit and relax and breathe in fresh air.
You have two options of entering the master bedroom, either from the living room or from the balcony. But lets go from the balcony, so once again you can kick out your shoes to feel the carpet under your feet, and you see a spacious room with cupboards, a door opening on the far left which leads you to the en-suite bathroom, your own private bathroom and no one has to disturb you while you are in there. A bonus feature in this bedroom is that its fitted with an air con system therefore you can heat or cool the room whenever you wish too.
Your saw master room with the air con and all, now we sneak into the en-suite bathroom, what a layout! It is spacious to move around in with a bath, toilet and wash basin placed atop a cupboard to store toiletries. Also with tiles, making cleaning a wet floor relatively easy. The bath is great for those who love to lie in the water for a while to relax the muscles and just to be lazy sometimes too.
This apartment is a few minute from central Mossel Bay but it is still walking distance to the shop and good exercise. You can drive to Dana Bay, Diaz Strand, Hartenbos, as it takes approximately 10 minutes. Other places to travel to is George, Knysna, Outshoorn, Klein Brak, Groot Brak, Wilderness and many more, and make a day tour every now and again as you take time out to explore. There are so many exciting things one can do around here but you have to come and experience it for yourself.
