Just Residential (Century City) is a relatively new business venture for the Van den Berg family. Pieter bought the Just Letting “N1 City” franchise rights in May 2007 and Hendrik bought the “Century City” rights at the end of 2007. The Just Property Group decided at the end of 2009 to expand their business to the selling of residential properties. T the two sons convinced the remaining family members to buy the Just Residential rights for the two franchise areas in June 2010.
Just Residential (Century City) is located in two shopping centres: Burgundy Square and Sable Square and have a staff compliment of seven experienced property specialists:

Johan has more than 30 years experience in the property industry as professional Quantity Surveyor, Construction Project Manager and successful Property Developer.

JOHANNES VAN DEN BERG
(Estate Agent & Co-Principal)
Johannes has a marketing diploma and 3 years experience in the building industry. He is also Co-Principal with his two brothers in the Just Letting business. Johannes is responsible for property sales in the Burgundy Estate and Kleinbosch areas.

SORAYA AHMED (Estate Agent)
Soraya was the first agent to join the business in July 2010. She has experience in various management positions and many years experience as sales and letting agent with other national estate agencies. Soraya is responsible for property sales in the Century City, Sanddrift, Tijgerhof and Summer Greens areas.

SONY MUYULENU (Estate Agent)
Sony joined the business in August 2010. He comes from the DRC, has a Science degree and many years experience in marketing. He sold properties for a developer previously and is now responsible for property sales in Royal Ascot, Sanddrift, Tijgerhof and Century City areas.

Jacky joined the business in July 2010 with almost three years admin experience with a leading estate agency.

ANDREW & SANDY SWART (Estate agents)
Andrew and Sandy joined the business in September 2010. They made their mark in the Milnerton area for a leading estate agency and was awarded the National “Top Team” and Regional “Most units sold and Commission earned” awards in 2009. They are now responsible for sales in the Edgemead, Bothasig and Plattekloof Glen areas.
