Access to the Kareefontein area is controlled via a separate gatehouse ensuring privacy, as only Zebula Homeowners and their invited guests may enter this exclusive area. The main access road to the entrance is fully tarred and there is a separate direct access into Zebula from the Kareefontein gate.As soon as you enter the gate the combination of nature, north facing views to the Waterberg range, and the pristine bush are immediately apparent.
All 40 home sites are situated on the north facing slope across an area of 250 Hectares. The additional 250 Hectare traversing area is accessed via a bridge over one of the streams on the property. You can traverse this area in your own vehicle to view the abundance of game and scenery.
To the north of the traversing area is a large picturesque bushveld dam on which two separate picnic / braai areas have been provided, one on each side of the dam, for use by Homeowners. Fishing is permitted.
