Midteam was established in 2004 with a specific focus to service the people in Midrand Estates. The owners each has more than 20 years experience in Real Estate and thus can give the public a complete service. From buying a stand, a house and building packages to a place in the Retirement Village. Midteam is there to service the client 7days a week and therefore the office that is situated at the Square@Midtsream shopping centre is open 7 days a week.
Midrand Estates will ultimately consist of a number of different Estates. Midstream Estate set the tone and was sold out during 2004. In 2005 the second, Midfield Estate, was sold out. Midlands Estate and Retire@Midstream, is now being marketed.
Some of the features in Midrand-Estates is Midstream College, a parallel Medium School has been established in three phases. The Pre-Primary School opened in January 2005 and had 300 learners in 2006. Midstream Primary School was built in 2005 and opened for Grades 1 to 7 in January 2006. The Secondary School is built and offers Grade 8 to Matric.
