Greenstone Hill, a suburb growing rapidly and Edenvale, a town steeped with over 100 years of history is fastly becoming a central destination in the Gauteng area. Real estate agencies play a critical role in these expanding areas and one agency has joined forces with some of the top names in the country to launch a new South African franchise, the SA National Realtors Group (SA NRG).
Most of the partner companies were working under the Colliers umbrella, but decided to relaunch with a greater local focus and different ethos.
The company has been active in the new development in Greenstone Hill, since inception and is active in Edenvale, Edenglen and surrounds.
We have worked closely with both spec builders and residential clients to help maintain realistic pricing and exclusivity in these areas.
NRG Edenvale / Greenstone is now located in the newly upgraded Van Riebeeck Mall in the centre of Edenvale and will be opening another office in the new year to meet the demand for our services”.
SA NRG, which has its headquarters in Gauteng, is a partnership between leading agencies in Gauteng, the Western and Eastern Cape.
