Approximately half of the property is established with beatuiful gardens, large covered patio and swimming pool, with glorious views of Giants Castle and Mearns Dam.
The remaining property consists of two paddocks, one of which contains two outbuildings, fully fenced and a small shelter for horses. Water is plentiful with a borehold plus water from Mearns Dam for the garden.
Birdlife is wonderful and porcupine, duiker and reedbuck have all been recorded.
This bed & breakfast establishment is peaceful, hospitable and accessable to the N2, halfway between Johannesburg and the Coast.
The main house contains a pub/TV room with toilet, main lounge, guest dining room, full stocked kitchen, pantry and scullery. All washing machines, dryers, stoves ( 1 gas, 1 electric), fridge and deep freeze to remain.
3 family bedrooms all with TV ariels, main-en-suite, separate bathroom and separate toilet. Four large, double guest suites, all have outside entrances and patios. Two of these bedrooms are in a self contained cottage for self catering.
Two of the suites are suitable for wheelchair guests with ramps, rails and ' drive-in' showers. All public areas accessable by wheelchair.
Also, a small conference venue, fully carpeted and with underfloor heating and sep office/reception area.
Also large double garage, sep.wooden hut for garden tools, ride-on lawn mower and chain saw, store room, for garden & patio equip. and a sep. wooden hut that was used as a shop.
All furnishings and furnmature will remain in the guest rooms, as well as tv/pub, office ( includ. PC), and dining room. All linen, crockery and equipment used in the B&B to remain, as well as all garden equip.
This is a walk-in, well run business and you could move in and continue to run it immediately, as the staff are very well trained.
