Introduction

Rachie Badenhorst Properties was established in November 2006 by Fanie Mellett, James Hinton and Rachie Badenhorst, the Principal of RealNet Jeffreys Bay. Due to health problems Fanie Mellett left the company after 22 months. James and Rachie carried on with the business but  during April 2009 they decide to join the RealNet Group which is a National Company where they can be part of a bigger Network system and also to have access to more dedicated Training and ever changing information relating to the Real Estate Industry. In our short time of Real Estate we already SOLD property for more than  R95 million

During July 2010 James Hinton went out as one of the Directors of the Company and Niel Basson became a Director and Co-Owner of our Company. Niel also resigned due to his health. .

Our offices are located in the Central Business Area of Jeffreys Bay. Our offices are very prominent and have access to high volume traffic passing by in the MOST active part of Jeffreys Bay.
