SA Propertybargains is a newly established, black owned property speculation company with a unique innovative offering to the growing affordable housing market, we understand that South Africa is facing a high need of affordable properties; we want to provide people with the opportunity of owning a decent home.
We buy previously bank owned from all the major banks in South Africa, renovate them and then ensure that these properties are sold to the potential buyers
These properties are not without challenges and we work hard to make sure that these issues such as illegal occupation are dealt with in a humanly manner in partnership with the previous owners on illegal occupants, community and the potential buyers.
