SANDEY SOAR PROPERTIES
Sandey Soar’s real estate career commenced in January 1988 at Basil Elk Estates in Pretoria East. Thorough training and mentoring was received. She passed her board exam in August 1988 and obtained her Certified Residential Property Specialist designation in January 1991. Numerous awards during her term at this company were bestowed upon her.
Sandey joined Associated Estate Agents (known as AEA) in February 1991 as a principal agent. AEA was the first real estate agency in South Africa to introduce the 100% commission earning concept. AEA became renowned encompassing a group of highly experienced, ethical, respected and professional principal agents. She again received various achievement awards. The experience gained at AEA stood her in good stead to eventually consider breaking away and going on her own.
In January 1995 Sandey became a member of The Property Association of South Africa. Thereafter became an accredited member of The PA Property Professional Club – an exclusive group of the highest performing estate agents in South Africa. Sandey has been a member of The National Institute of Realtors of South Africa from the beginning of her real estate career.
In February 2003 Sandey started her own real estate business trading as Sandey Soar Properties. Her expertise on pricing, selling techniques and marketing skills has assisted many sellers and buyers to realise their dreams.
A dedicated and loyal client base that Sandey has built up over the years through her customer relationship programme, subject knowledge and personal touch is the core reason for her success. There is no better advertising than word of mouth referrals! Sandey obtained the Further Education and Training Certificate: Real Estate NQF Level 4 (for agents) in 2010. She has handed in her portfolio of evidence for the National Certificate Real Estate NQF Level 5 in April 2011 – the competency certificate for principals required by the Estate Agency Affairs Board of South Africa.
