Valentine Estates is a realtor’s business specialising in new developments, the marketing, selling and renting of both commercial and residential property. We have grown with the communities we serve and thus aware of their character, demographic nature and growth potential.
As members of a multi listing service we offer our clients a wide range of exposure. We do also have an overseas connection for relocating clients.
In 1994 Murray & Roberts entrusted us with the marketing of one of the first cluster developments in Verwoerdpark, namely Summerfields, of which 72 presently exist and has become a popular and secure investment. Our success on this project prompted them to grant us a further sole mandate on their next development of Townhouses, Pelican Place.
We have also successfully developed and marketed the brand new cluster complex of Summer Creek. Our next development of clusters being: Newmarket 34 which is presently in the pipeline and due for launch during the first half of 2010.
Primacy Relocation our overseas partner was sufficiently impressed with our service that they entrusted us with sole mandates on relocating properties in all provinces of South Africa.
The principal Mary Greyvenstein is a multi skilled individual; with a vast knowledge of property affairs, herself having operated as a para conveyance.
Marie together with her partner Mike Hulme (experienced master builder) were the two driving forces behind the business. Mike assisted and still attends developments.
Through the years many professional realtors made their debut through this company and are now worthy competitors in the industry.
