Homestead Style
A traditional style characterized by 70 percent stonework, parapet gabling and lean to verandah roofs supported by metal or timber posts.
Verandah Style
Inspired by the original Transvaal homes known for their deep shaded verandahs, 30 percent stonework and low-slung roofs.
Barnyard Style
It is both rustic and contemporary and features double storey elevations with loft windows, wooden shutters and box shaped bay windows.
Extras
There is complete flexibility in which design of home you would like to use and there is no time limit within which to build.
Stand owners are not locked in to a building contract and can choose whom they would like to build their home from a list of Accredited Builders.
The disturbance area on each stand is limited to a 20m radius from the placed peg in order to minimize the impact of the buildings on the Estate collectively.
