The Wartburg area has a gentle climate with hot wet summers and cool winters. Wartburg is 30km from Pietermaritzburg and 120km from Durban. It is a very intensive farming area growing mainly sugar cane and timber. This area has a large German-speaking population who still actively promote the German culture, religion and language.
Principal and Team
The principal, Eddie Meyer (English and German speaking), specializes in this area, from vacant lots to large farms and commercial properties. He has a B.Sc (Agric) and is a qualified estate agent and valuator. He has a highly motivated and enthusiastic team, Elinor Faul and Bridget Erskine, who serve with him. Together they have over 50 years experience in the industry.
