These adjacent two farms lie within the Msunduzi Valley in Northern Zululand and falls under the Mkuze Valley Lowveld vegetation type, varying from open Savanna thornveld, bushveld to riverine woodland.

This area offers the mystique of the Zulu Kingdom with its rich history and wealth of culture as well as ideal opportunities for serious developers of eco-tourism ventures or game farm initiatives.

It is situated just of the N2 and is located between Phinda, Thanda and Manyoni Game Reserves. The combined area of the farms is 360ha and is registered under two title deeds.
