The cottage is separate from the main house but does share the same entrance gate and drive way. For your piece of mind, the whole property does have electric fencing as well as outdoor beams right around.

Entering through the front door, you find a large open plan area where the kitchen, dining room and lounge is situated. This whole area is tiled and there are blinds in front of all the windows. The kitchen has granite tops, a hob, an under counter oven and there is a connection for a washing machine. There is also a guest toilet with a basin just off the lounge. Both bedrooms are spacious and tiled with built in cupboards and the single bathroom offers a shower, basin and toilet.

Should you wish to bring your own furniture, the owner''s furniture will be removed. The electric hob will be replaced with a gas hob to help with power outages.
