BACKGROUND, PROFILE AND ASSOCIATION WITH PHATSHOANE HENNEY INC.
Kloppers Incorporated have established offices in Richards Bay, Empangeni, Ballito and Durban. Our Richards Bay office this year celebrates its 16th birthday, while the Empangeni office has been in operation for 14 years and our Durban office will later this year celebrate its 10th birthday. We opened our fourth office in Ballito in 2014 and it has enlarged our footprint in Kwazulu Natal considerably. Our firm specialises predominantly in Conveyancing, Commercial Law and Litigation. Over the years we have grown from strength to strength, expanding our reach within the Republic of South Africa, and at all times striving towards the highest level of professional legal advice.
We have established our business on the principles of integrity, excellence, hard work and dedication and this has paved the way to our present excellent business reputation.
Kloppers Incorporated are associated with the Phatshoane Henney Group, which is the largest group of associated firms in South Africa. Kloppers Incorporated was the first legal firm within the province of KwaZulu-Natal to join the ranks of its esteemed members and other member firms include, to name a few, the prestigious Greyvensteins & Notier Inc. in the Western Cape; Naudes Inc. in the Free State; and Van der Merwe Du Toit in Gauteng.
The alliance with Phatshoane Henney has brought with it an addition to the directorship of Kloppers Incorporated, namely Douglas Henney. We now boast a directorship of seven professionals.
We are electronically linked to the Deeds Registries of South Africa as well as the Registrar of Close Corporations and Companies and ITC for instant access to crucial information. We are also directly linked by computer network to our various commercial clients, which ensures effective communication. All software is being updated regularly and all our staff undergoes ongoing training and skills development.
Technology is the driving force behind administrative efficiencies. To this end, we keep up-to-date with all relevant hardware systems. We use the most advanced and up-to-date computer technology with regards to the practices within the Republic of South Africa.
TRANSFORMATION AND VISION

We, at Kloppers Incorporated realise that by sharing knowledge, our fellow South Africans can be given the opportunity of self-improvement. We do at times render our legal services on a pro bono basis especially when we are impassioned about the cause. A few of our directors also devote their time to acting as Commissioners in the Small Claims Court. This is a free service afforded to the community and the Commissioners are not compensated for their time.
Our current BEE status is that of a LEVEL 1 and LEVEL 2 contributor.
CONVEYANCING AND PROPERTY LAW
South Africa has in recent years shown tremendous growth in the real estate market. This decade has brought with it an increased focus on real estate as a strategic asset. Real estate transactions and the financing thereof are complex matters requiring high level business and legal support.
At Kloppers Incorporated we understand the issues and the stakes. Our practice has grown with the property market and conveyancing and property law became the core of our business. We are familiar with the process of buying and selling property, new developments and the financing of property transactions. We also realise that time is of the essence and therefore we ensure that the transactions are completed in a good turn-around time when it comes to registrations.
At Kloppers Incorporated we strive to maximise the efficiency of our conveyancing departments in all four offices. With 6 conveyancers and 25 conveyancing paralegals, we have over the years developed into one of Kwazulu Natal’s premier conveyancing practices. We have been recognised as top performing conveyancing Attorneys by all the major financial institutions. We have completed the conveyancing of various new developments (Durban, North Coast, Richards Bay and Empangeni) and are the preferred conveyancer of various developers in the province.

Our conveyancing department is a highly skilled team, which consists of many dedicated conveyancing paralegals who are all qualified to process transactions. They have successfully obtained certificates in the Registration of Bonds and Transfers from the Korbitec School of Training. As part of this team, we boast 2 experts in conveyancing who attend to Sectional Title Developments, Sub-Divisions, Town Developments, Zoning and/or Rezoning of properties.
Software programmes like Lawyers Access Web, SearchWorks, Windeed and Ghost Convey are being used to facilitate the process of conveyancing matters and are supportive and sophisticated market leaders which improve our ability to network with all the major banking groups. This comprehensive system enables us to provide an efficient service whilst professionally concluding all transactions.
Communication with our clients on a regular basis is a priority and this information is reported to them by means of an SMS system and Internet technology. Efficient computer technology enables the production of detailed reports on matters at hand. Continual hardware and software updates, as well as training on how to use the updated versions effectively, ensures a smooth running process.
All documentation, including those designated for the Deeds Office in Pietermaritzburg and other Deeds Offices are delivered by courier service.
The Commercial Department is the life support system to our loyal corporate clients. This department specialises in the following areas:

THIRD PARTY AND INDEMNITY COMPENSATION
This firm handles a large volume of third party claims and all aspects of vehicle accidents, relative indemnity compensation claims and claims arising from injuries whilst on duty.
ESTATE AND ESTATE PLANNING
Our firm assists in the administration and finalisation of both insolvent estates and deceased estates. We furthermore assist clients with estate planning. In this regard clients are advised extensively on the applicable law and the possible benefits of entities such as trusts, close corporations and companies.
Through the development of highly effective systems and the implementation of measurable operational standards, our department has the capability to manage large volumes of debt collection. The firm's computer technology supports the process as instructions are received electronically, processed immediately and finalised soonest. We provide regular feedback with regards to progress.

The litigation department specialises in civil litigation in the Supreme Court and Magistrates Courts within the Republic of South Africa. The personnel of the litigation department, with their expert knowledge of the applicable legislation provide an honest, sincere and affordable legal service.
