We offer to assist estate agents, sellers, purchasers and mortgage bond originators with any queries pertaining to their respective transactions including any potential transactions they might be considering .We specialise in the registration of bonds and transfers at all deeds offices in South Africa. Leigh Harper Inc has developed many vital contacts with companies that are able to assist the individual in conveyancing related matters that fall outside of the conveyancing firms' expertise and responsibilities. We have found this particularly useful for our clients and customers where, for a moderate fee, their refunds can be obtained on their behalf from the various councils.

We have excellent contacts that assist us quickly and efficiently with the current problematic issuing of rates clearance figures for clearance purposes. We have a hands-on approach to all potentially problematic issues and regularly assist with rectifying problematic council accounts and water and electricity readings and installations that may delay the rates clearance certificate.

We have excellent conveyancers at all the deeds offices that can attend to all manner of deeds office issues from the obvious efficient lodging and registering to rectifying problems and expediting registration when necessary.

We are on three of the four major banking panels including Standard Bank, First National Bank and Nedbank and are able to register these bonds. We hope to be on the ABSA bank panel in a very short while, but in the interim, we can still assist with any ABSA bank bonds as we use the excellent services of a correspondent firm for this matter.
