Neville Borman & Botha (or more affectionately known as “Bormans”) is a partnership of attorneys, notaries public and conveyancers, with offices situated at 22 Hill Street, Grahamstown, in the Eastern Cape Province. Our premises are conveniently located within walking distance of the High Court, the Magistrates Court and the Master of the High Court’s offices. The firm provides a wide variety of legal services including, but not limited to, High Court and Magistrates Court litigation, appearing at disciplinary enquiries, debt collecting, motor vehicle accident claims, drafting of wills and other commercial contracts, administration of deceased estates and conveyancing.
Since its inception in 1961, the firm has, proved to be a stable and dependable legal practice, and is well known and respected within the Eastern Cape. We strive to provide a high standard of service to all our clients, and to execute our professional mandate with due care, competence and diligence; always with the best interests of our clients foremost in mind.
The equity partners of the firm are Justin Powers and Fiona Bosman. Justin Powers holds a B. Bus Sc LLB from the University of Cape Town and has been practising law for 17 years at Bormans. Fiona Bosman has a BA LLB from Rhodes University and have been practising since 2008.. In addition the firm employs three qualified attorneys and two candidate attorneys and a host of administrative support staff. Our dedicated Conveyancer, Samantha Wilhelmi, being one of the three qualified attorneys confidentially and meticulously deals with all property aspects for our clients.
