The lodge offers Luxury Safari Tent Accommodation 6 luxury tents with own bathrooms - each with a shower, basin and toilet. The tents are fully equipped including a TV with DSTV DISH .The 4 larger tents all have a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, cutlery and crockery and a fan as well as a lock up safe! All tents are equipped with a gas lamp and a gas cooker in case of a power outage. On the deck of each tent is a table with camping chairs. All tents have linen, bath towels, face cloths, dish cloths and a broom. Should any breakages occur there is extra crockery to match the existing that is already in the tents! Communal pool and braai area, ablution block and a Lapa that is fully equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs, umbrellas, games and toys. The lodge and main house are enclosed with electric fencing with automated gated access and intercom. Outside the fenced area on 2 sides of the property there is ample space for further development the buildings plans has been approved by the municipality. Three phase electricity is installed - one phase for the main house, 1 phase for the tents and the 3rd phase has been set aside for the undeveloped area. Water servitude has been proclaimed at the back of the property outside the electric fencing and runs to and from the neighbouring properties. The main house is spacious with a lounge open plan dining area, a fully fitted kitchen with an eyelevel oven and hob, ample cupboard space! Off the kitchen is the scullery with basins and cupboards. The 3 bedrooms all have built in cupboards and the main bedroom is en-suite. The second bathroom has a bath, basin and toilet and a separate shower.
