Alan Box and Frances Pritchard came from the corporate environment and in 1980 joined what was one of South Africa's leading property companies.

Their success in the company was rapid and sustained and they took the top awards each year from 1982 to 1992.

In January 1993 they formed Asset Real Estate. Due to their immediate success they were soon invited to join the National Nationlink Property Group where they continued to win National Honors each year. At the Nationlink conference held in October 2001 they won the prestigious award of being the most productive office in the group.
