About Us 1. Background
Moleleki Property Group was founded by Tsotetsi Moleleki; we started as short term investors of distressed properties where we purchased them and refurbished them and put them back on the market.
We later introduced developments where we are, offering tailor made building packages and construction services.
We also have an in-house Estate Agency division, where we offer free valuations, property marketing and advertising in Sales, Rentals and Property Management on behalf of our clients.

We have equipped ourselves with highly experienced Project Managers, Builders and Highly experienced and very creative Architects. No job is too small or too big for us.
• Our Architects work closely with Engineers therefore every plan needs to be approved by an Engineer and every land/stand or site needs to be inspected by an Engineer before construction takes place. • Technical disciplines consist of normal civil works or maintenance and upgrades, partitioning, waterproofing of concrete and steel structures and painting of interiors and exteriors.
• In-house manufacturing are limited to steel fencing works and carpentry needs. • Most of the special manufacturing needs e.g. carpentry, bigger steel works, plumbing, tiling, carpeting, blinds and electrical works are supplied by the list of approved subcontractors which will form part of any specific project undertaken. • Most of these works are then performed on site.
• The company has a core team of staff with the experience to execute projects awarded to the company. • When additional workers are required, the core team then has the supervisory capabilities and skills to manage these newcomers.
