About RE/MAX, RE/MAX Executive Group

RE/MAX of Southern Africa has added another office in the Fourways area to its growing list. The Money Property Group (MPG) which has been operating in Broadacres and the surrounding areas of Fourways for the past two years has joined the RE/MAX group and is now rebranded as RE/MAX Executive Group.

Broker/Owners Lee Peterkin and Robbie Kreser have worked in the property industry in this area for the past 15 years, and together have in excess of 25 years of real estate experience. Talking about the area as a great investment opportunity for buyers, Kreser says that Broadacres and its surrounding suburbs are highly sought after due to the range of amenities on offer in the area – from medical facilities and shopping centres to entertainment hot spots and a plethora of restaurants. “The area is also highly attractive to young families for the selection of great schools in the vicinity.” Kreser also points out that big infrastructural developers have their eye on the area, with plans in place to develop the Fourways node into a mixed use precinct that will rival Sandton. Property in the Broadacres area appeals to a wide range of buyers. There are retirement developments and high-end lifestyle estates, as well as a mix of property options in the numerous new developments currently underway. “The area appeals to young up-and-coming families and executives as well as well-established high end buyers and every category in between. Steyn City and the new Century Property Group development in the area are adding to the range of property options available to buyers.

Over the next 12 to 18 months, Kreser expects the area to see phenomenal growth. “With new developments, we expect to see sustained demand for property here as the urban edge continues creeping northwards. The additional infrastructural upgrades add to this.” Adrian Goslett, CEO of RE/MAX of Southern Africa, says: “We are extremely happy to have expanded to the Broadacres area and grow our market presence in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg. As the property market continues to gain momentum in the year ahead, the RE/MAX group will be able to offer a comprehensive service to property investors in the Broadacres area.”

When asked why they decided to join the RE/MAX brand, Peterkin and Kreser pointed to the fact that this iconic and well established international property group has been one of the top global real estate companies for more than 40 years. Locally RE/MAX of Southern Africa has also had amazing success and is celebrating 20 years of real estate, which includes a footprint that expands across 10 countries, in the southern African region.

Added to this, many real estate professionals are drawn to the RE/MAX brand because of the support network it offers its agents. This includes access to extensive local and international training, as well as many other technological tools and resources, including customer relationship management programmes and an online customisable marketing toolkit. With all the training and support systems in place, RE/MAX agents are able to offer a superior level of customer service to their clients, which is just one of the reasons why it is the leading real estate brand in the country – both in terms of agent numbers and sales figures. “We are excited to be a part of the RE/MAX network that is well positioned for growth in the South African property market,” Kreser concludes.
