My career as an estate agent started in 1996. Because of perseverance and hard work, I was elected "Rookie of the Year" in 1997 while employed by a leading corporate estate agency.

I regard knowledge of all aspects of the industry as highly important and qualified as a "Certified Residential Specialist" CRS (South Africa) in 1998 and as a “Certified Residential Specialist” CRS (International) in 2004.

My agency, SULET BLUHM PROPERTIES, was founded in 2004.

The marketing and selling of properties in the Kuils River area, with particular focus on the Estates in proximity to the Zevenwacht Wine Estate, was a great challenge and as the market evolved, opportunities aroused to expand the business by venturing into the rental market as well.

In 2007 my husband, Hans joined me in the business, assisting with technical and administrative procedures as well as marketing and sales.

In 2009 I completed the National Certificate in Real Estate (NQF 5), which is a compulsory qualification to act as principal of an estate agency. In 2010, I received the designation Master Practitioner in Real Estate. (MPRE) from the Estate Agency Affairs Board of South Africa.

My business operates in a limited environment and I rely on referrals and repeat business from previous clients. I am very appreciative of the wonderful support I receive from the community and it has always been my goal to serve every client with integrity, knowledge, professionalism and passion.
