This 634 ha farm consists of 2 title deeds. Irrigation takes place from the Elands river, the farm has a 51 hectare irrigation right. During summer the river is mostly in flood, which means that the water may be pumped as needed, outside of the quota. Farm has 148 hectares of center pivot irrigation, by 4 machines. Much of the land under irrigation is extremely well suited for potato cultivation. There has been no potato plantings for at least 8 years now.

The remainder of the farm is divided into grazing camps with water points. The unit is making use of ESKOM electricity.
