Kronendal Share Block Company Limited provides occupational right to senior citizens. The occupational right is linked to a share in the Company which entails that the occupational right holders are the only share holders and thus the owners of the Company. When the occupational right is terminated by the owner or falls away due to the death of the owner, the sum of the Occupation right is indebted to the owner or the deceaseds estate.

Each resident is entitled to furnish his/her own unit.
