The Farm Shenfield 17186 GT (565.6895 Ha) and Portion 5 Shenfield Common 2203 GT (181.2680 Ha) Total Extent 746.9575 Ha, the Farm is located in the Muden Area of Kwazulu Natal thus the KZN 223 Mpofana Local Municipality and part of the Umgungundlovu District Municipality.

The Farm is made of the following sections:

Irrigated Arable Flat Lands (Piping in place) +/-70Ha

Open Arable Flat Lands +/-190 Ha

Grazing Grass Lands +/-350 Ha

Bushlands Thornveld and Valley River Area +/-130 Ha

Timber Plantation Gum :-

Old Trees +/- 15 years - 1 Ha

Medium Growth Trees +/- 5 years - 2 Ha

Young Trees +/- 2 years - 1 Ha

Total Timber Area - 4 Ha

Water Reservoir cement structure +/- 25000 Litres

Dams on farm consist of about 12 in number, of various sizes as follows:

Dam 1 approximately 2.8 Ha in size Dam 7 approximately 0.2 Ha in size

Dam 2 approximately 0.5 Ha in size Dam 8 approximately 0.4 Ha in size

Dam 3 approximately 0.3 Ha in size Dam 9 approximately 0.8 Ha in size

Dam 4 approximately 0.1 Ha in Size Dam 10 approximately 1.0 Ha in size

The Farm is fenced in one section only for approximately 2 km on the North eastern side with neighbouring farm.

The farm produces approximately 140 ha of Thatching grass in a good season.

There is a river running through the farm for about 3km in the valley section which also provides water.

The farm is just off tar road by 1km.
