The farm consists of:

1 Portion of 742 hectares, 1 Portion fully registered HOA of 210 hectares with the balance of 40 portions x 1 hectare full title stands, which give a total of 992.8 hectares.

The farm has 4 ground dams with the main dam being approximately 10 hectares in size with 1 000 square metres man made island and a main 3 bedroom house build thereon.

There is a 2 bedroom manager''s cottage with a garage for 4 vehicles.

The main lodge is build on a Koppie with it''s own pool lapa and braai area, the lodge has 6 bedrooms, a bar, modern kitchen, walk-in safe, etc.

Staff compound consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 dormitory, kitchen and ablutions as well as a lounge area.

A tractor store with 2 Landini 4 x 4 tractors, 1 Terex TLB and a Bobcat 850s.

The Slaughter facility has a cold room that can accommodate 40 carcasses.

There area 2 x 50 hectares and 1 x 38 hectares breeding camps with 43 buffalo and 50 sable.

There are 2 x game viewing vehicles, 1 x Landdrover 11 seat, 1 x Jeep 4 seat and a hunting Toyota Landcruiser for 6 people all in excellent condition..
