Two equipped borehole supply the house and water troughs with clean Waterberg water, purified by nature and ready for human consumption. Small spruit on the Southern border.

Temperatures:Summer - max. 33 C and min. 17 C.
Winter - max. 21 C and min. 6 C.
Climate: The Waterberg Vaalwater area has a unique climate - something between sub tropic and Lowveld bushveld. Among others Tobacco and citrus is cultivated in this area.
During summer the night temperatures drop down to below 20 C, which makes it bearable without a need of air-conditioning.
Typographic:This Game Farm consists of mainly a sloping flat typography, savannahs and thicker bush sloping South-West.
Distant views overlooking the rolling hills of the Waterberg landscapes. Altitude vary from 1297 1325 m above sea level.
Roads: The farm roads give good access to all sections of the farm. The farm has several roads plus plenty of additional easy accessible game trails to explore the farm by foot.
Fencing: This farm is fully game fenced with a 2.4 m fence well according to the requirements of the Department of Nature Conservation.
