Option 3)

The accommodation, wedding venue and magnificent farm homestead on the 8ha of remaining land after the owner/seller decide on the subdivision cost split, could be bought for R5m. Negotiable.

If a buyer is interested in either of the subdivision projects, the costs of the subdivision could be shared between the Seller and the Buyer. However, the sub-division process may take 1-2 years. The property could be sold prior to sub-division on a separate contract with the Buyer to transfer ownership back to the Sellers on approval of the sub-division.
