The home features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a large open-plan living room/dining room, and very large kitchen and scullery. The living area opens up on the side to a small patio facing North-West, and to the front onto a very large patio facing the ocean. Features include a pizza oven, built-in braai, swimming pool, gas outdoor place, bar area and more. An inverter system allows the home to run without challenges during loadshedding.

Domestic Service is included Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays. DSTV and WiFi is included. All linen and bath towels are included - beach towels not included.

Strictly no pets permitted.

Kenton-on-Sea is the barefoot-capital, where everyone still knows their neighbors and everything is only a short drive away as the village only measures 2km at its widest point. The Kenton Eco Estate is a tranquil space with only a few homes already built.
