Enter from the driveway into the entrance hall. Stairs lead up to the main living area and master bedroom.

Downstairs is a sitting room with TV and two guest bedrooms. The fourth guest bedroom is right next door and has it's own entrance - perfect for independent teens. The expansive pool, garden and deck has a large outdoor entertainment area with outdoor dining for 10. This area offers lovely seaviews and across the estate and out towards Robberg.

Upstairs: Enter into the spacious double-volume living area with lounge and kitchen. Glass doors fold back completely to open-up onto the sea-facing covered patio with outdoor dining seating 14 guests. There are outdoor blinds which can completely close the deck up. The kitchen has a large counter seating 10 with a separate well-equipped scullery.

A glass passageway leads from the lounge to the spacious master bedroom.

Bedroom 1: There are lovely sea views from the bedroom and bathroom. Large glass doors open up onto the sea-facing balcony. X1 King sized bed. Carpeted and with an air-conditioner, ceiling fan and TV. Full bathroom: Bath, His and Hers Shower, Toilet.

Bedroom 2 and 3: Both bedrooms are downstairs and open up onto the downstairs patio.

Bedroom 2: X1 Queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet. The bedroom is carpeted and equipped with a ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3: X1 Queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet. The bedroom is carpeted and equipped with a ceiling fan.

Bedroom 4: X2 3 /4 Beds and X 1 Bunk Bed and bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet.

There is a table tennis, TV and air-conditioner. Sleeps 2 primary.

* The swimming pool does not have a pool cover or fence and is not suited to families with children who are unable to swim.

* The property is equipped with an inverter. Please confirm specs at time of booking.

* Bed linen, bath and beach/swimming towels are provided.

* Mandatory cleaning lady to work weekdays. Her rate is excluded from the rental at R350.00 per weekday.

* Driveway parking for 2-3 vehicles. The garage is used as a store.

* The property is in a secure estate with access control.

* Wi-Fi included.
