The following game species are being introduced: Buffalo, white rhino, leopard, eland, kudu, nyala, waterbuck, zebra, blue wildebeest, impala, duiker, steenbok, warthog. 209 bird species have been identified to date. The climate is perfect Africa: Warm winters and malaria free. The topography consists of large hills surrounding a central basin drained by the seasonal Zwartkloof river, in the foothills of the Waterberg Mountains.
Amenities include a clubhouse with swimming pool, communication centre, library, gym, tennis court, squash court, special play area for children. Organised activities include hiking trails, mountain bicycle trails, game drives. There are at least 4 major golf courses in the vicinity (incl. There is 24 hour access control at the only border next to a road. The other borders lie next to adjacent properties, making unlawful entry and exit rather difficult. Regular patrols monitor these borders.
Building must start by early 2011, and must be completed within one year. The developer has approved four NHBRC registered contractors.
