South Coast estate agent Q&A

Private Property South Africa
Press

The South Coast is more than just an ideal holiday destination in KwaZulu-Natal - it also offers a relaxed and convenient lifestyle.

What continues to attract buyers to the South Coast?

The South Coast basically attracts three different types of investors: those who have invested in a holiday home, those who have commercial interests in the area and those who want to retire to what I consider to be one of the most beautiful parts of the country.

It's an idyllic place to live and although property prices in Southbroom tend to be higher than those in other nearby towns, they simply don't compare with prices on the North Coast.

This never ceases to amaze me, as, quite frankly, the area is far more picturesque than its northern cousin and has so much more to offer in terms of lifestyle.
