Private Property chats to Caroline Mersich, Property consultant at Seeff, who shares everything there is to know about the newest luxury development - Macaron Blue Residence.

Marc:

All right. So I'm with Caroline from Seeff Blouberg here at the Property Buy Show at the Cape Town Convention Center. Caroline, how's the show going for you?

Caroline:

I think the show's been really, really awesome. And I think just from last year, we've also seem to see a lot more interactivity and people being exposed. I think it's an awesome opportunity for people to actually be exposed to properties that are out there. And also see how they can learn about the industry. It's a very broad spectrum opportunity for them to learn about the industry.

Marc:

what are you currently promoting in terms of the show?

Caroline:

So I think for the show specifically, we are in a process of promoting a new development, a luxury development, called Macaron Blue Residence, which is a very exclusive, upmarket, luxury development, which is going to be constructed in Blouberg Village, which is becoming very, very sought after. And we found that a lot of people are actually gravitating towards the Blouberg area very much because of the value of the property that they are actually able to obtain, in conjunction with the lifestyle that the area offers.

Caroline:

It will set a new benchmark for luxury property ownership in the area. The development itself will comprise of 11 apartments in total, one which is a full floor penthouse. All of the units will be fully kitted out with luxury ultimate finishes, 24-hour security, and priceless locations. And then I'll just say, property prices for the apartments will range between 6 million up to 8 million, and then 15 million for the penthouse.
