Our offices are situated at Unit A, 131 Blaauwberg Road, Table View and we presently have six agents who specialise in the Table View, Parklands, Flamingo Vlei, Blaauwberg and Melkbosstrand areas. Recently we have also expanded our base to include the Bothasig, Richwood, Edgemead and Milnerton areas.

As of date of writing, we administer a rental portfolio of 166 properties which increases on a monthly basis. We are also selling farms in the surrounding areas.

We subscribe to the Tenant Profile Network which enables us to conduct extensive credit checks thereby thoroughly screening prospective tenants ensuring peace of mind for our many property owners.

We also subscribe to Property Payment Solutions which is enormously beneficial to all our landlords ensuring that once your tenant.s rent is paid in, it is immediately transferred into your account. Our administration ladies are also highly trained and part of their function is to follow up daily on any outstanding monies due.

All snags or complaints on rented properties are attended to immediately by our Projects team to alleviate any discomfort to our tenants.

Our developments include Brackenfell, Stellenbosch, Wellington and Parklands and we also specialise in the sale of farms as far as Springbok and Upington.

Our commission structure is as follows :

Sales : 5% + vat.

Letting : 6% + Vat (once off introduction fee)

Managed properties : 10% + vat per month
