Marc Van Heerden I started in 2013 and have grown phenomenally in the industry. I am passionate about the Real Estate industry. There is no greater joy for me than assisting people to find their new home or conclude the sale of their existing home. I understand that buying and selling a property is a huge decision to make, and that it is a life decision that impacts one’s family financially and emotionally. I take the client on a journey to allow them maximum opportunity and pre-empt any risk along the way. Whether my clients’ objectives are to have a place of business, generate a property portfolio or to have a place to call home; my commitment remains to fulfil their dreams. Every client’s needs are different and I find myself learning more about my chosen profession. With this in mind I aim to remain a life-long student in my profession to improve myself to be better than I was the day before, and to turn my clients’ dreams into “realty”.
