The light, bright and inviting home with open trusses and screed floors welcomes you into the open-plan living and dining area. Spend endless days relaxing and entertaining on the big covered veranda with built-in braai. The veranda can be accessed from both the kitchen and areas.

The main bedroom is spacious with built-in cupboards and a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom with built in cupboards, the guest bathroom with shower and tandem garage completes the downstairs areas.

Upstairs

A wooden staircase leads to large bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This area offers enough space for a cosy pyjama lounge area as well.

The delightful garden includes a variety of fruit trees: Eureka lemon, pomegranate, banana, a fig tree as well as 7 fruit bearing olive trees.

The Wi-Fi connection and an inverter to manage the basics during load shedding are a bonus. Two water tanks with a pump are connected to the house.

Lifestyle is an upmarket estate in Jeffreys Bay and boast controlled access, a gym, swimming pool and peaceful walking path.

GEOGRAPHY

The bay of JEFFREYS BAY stretches from Cape Recife in the east, through to Cape St Francis further west, while the town lies 80km west of Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha) midway between the Gamtoos and Kromme Rivers and the two estuaries of the Kabeljous and Seekoei Rivers.

WEATHER

Temperatures are moderate all year round along the coast, with rain scattered throughout the year.

Summers: Warm with a very temperate humidity level.

Winters: Mild and pleasant, and it is significant that water sports are practiced year-round.

JEFFREYS BAY SURF

JEFFREYS BAY is world-renowned for its long stretches of beach and surfing waves, with many different surf breaks, each possessing its own magic.

Surfing spots include Kitchen Window, Tubes, the world famous Super Tubes, Point, and Albatross. The waves at Super Tubes can get up to about 10-12 feet. They are very fast, and as the name suggests, the swell usually runs in the winter months.

FAUNA AND FLORA

JEFFREYS BAYS beaches have an abundance of shells and are known for good angling.

Fishing in Jeffreys produces Cob, Leerfish (Garrick), Grunter, White Steenbras, Blacktail, Musselcracker, Baardman, Red Steenbras, Poenskop, Roman, Dageraad, Elf, various Shark species, and Rays.

COMMERCE

Jeffreys Bay is the home of thriving handcraft industries.

The surf culture clothing shops are synonymous with Jeffreys, and their clothing mostly depicts a scene in JEFFREYS BAY.
