DUAL MANDATE - This elevated fairly level stand is only 200 meters from the beach as the crow flies. Private stand that offers beautiful sunset views. The stand slopes slightly upwards from the road and is situated in the middle of Paradise Beach.
Paradise Beach is for those looking for peace and quiet in a nature-rich environment and yet you are only an eight-to-ten-minute drive to the centre of Jeffreys Bay where you will find shopping malls, schools, hospitals, etc. and not forgetting the famous surfing beach super tubes where every July the world surfing championships are held for two to three weeks.
The beaches here are untouched and unpopulated all year round and are also some of the finest that can be found on our Garden Route. From these beaches, one will be able to see whales, dolphins, otters etc. There are many excellent fishing spots, swimming areas, reefs for scuba diving and wind and kite surfing.
Paradise Beach is up against a semi nature reserve and conservancy area. Between the homes there are many greenbelt areas which is the reason you will see bushbuck, duiker, mongoose, porcupine, tortoises etc, then there are more than 200 bird species that call Paradise Beach there home.
To enter Paradise Beach, one must cross the See Koei river, which is manned by an excellent neighbourhood watch, assisted by 3 security companies that work in the area and surveillance cameras placed around the area being the reason why Paradise Beach does not only have the lowest crime in Jeffreys Bay but in the whole of the Kouga Region.
