The stand rises from road level which will reveal the available views.
Being at the end of the road there is only a neighbor on the east of the stand,, the other neighbor is across the road

The St Francis Links has established itself as one of the top estates in the country
From the start they acquired an outstanding piece of land, where Jack Nicklaus was able to design the
outstanding links course which he still rates as his finest design. The course is currently rated as the
5th best course in South Africa. The beautifully appointed club house, is home to the fully appointed
proshop, staffed by PGA qualified staff and loaded with a wide range of clothing and golf equipment.
The halfway house doubles as coffee shop serving breakfast and light meals
When one enters the clubhouse, one is met by a receptionist who will welcome you and guide you
to your destination. The ground floor has a larger open lounge area with a fire place, a restaurant,
large function room and a recently renovated bar with a pizza oven and great views of the 18 th and
the ocean and mountains. There is large conference room and upstairs to the board room and
offices. There is also creche and plenty of appropriate equipment to keep them amused whilst Mom
and Dad sip on a cocktail while keeping an eye on them!
The Links has built a reputation as one of the countys top wedding venues with indoor and outdoor
options
There is a large driving range and putting green on the right as you enter the estate. There is also a
huge putting green in front of the proshop
Across the parking at the clubhouse is a gym, which is only open to property owners. There is a 20m
covered heated swimming pool, well equipped gym, coffee shop and changerooms
The estates gardens and open spaces are maintained by Caryl Logie and her hard-working team.
The maintenance and enhancement of the overall flora and fauna has always been a key priority of
the estate
Over the years the estate has received many accolades. In 2019/2020 they we awarded the TOP
CLUB award which is based upon submissions from clubs throughout South Africa based up
governance and environmental compliance. In October 2021 the course was recognised as the best
golf course in SA by the World Golf Awards in Dubai
More recently in November 2021 the South African PGA awarded their annual tournament to The
Links for three years, we have already seen two tournaments held.
The DP World Tour in association with the Sunshine Tour awarded two further tournaments to be
hosted by The Links. The attraction of these events is the overseas coverage which will enhance the
overseas image of the Links
All and all the profile of the Links has been broadened, and this is testimony to the hard work all the
