This property has entered into my portfolio and I think the position and location are probably one of the best I currently have. The Kleinrivier mountain range exquisitely shows off its handsome face and magnificence from the front lawn but especially so from the main bedroom balcony. One can see the what locals name the Dragons tail and smile knowing Maanschijn kop can be seen silently present. The position is really phenomenal and as a local resident I can appreciate and admire it. The other point of interest is the size of the erf which I think is impressive and not forgetting the suburb, one should seriously consider viewing.

There are three large bedrooms two of which share a bathroom. The other is en-suite and all are located downstairs. Upstairs and for owners only, is the VIP suite for those views from the main bedroom lounge and balcony. The double doors open like curtains for a wonderful theatre performance by the Kleinrivier ensemble. The main is large and spacious and a full en-suite. Downstairs are two further lounges of which one is formal. The dining room is adjacent the patio and makes for easy entertaining. There is excellent value add with staff quarters and an enormous garage to park any vehicle you may have. The proximity of this property is a 3 minute commute with a golf cart to Hermanus Golf club and within walking distance to our local beach.
